We understand that health information is personal and confidential. We are committed to protecting all of your personal information. SAHKARA Acupuncture + Apothecary is HIPPA and OSHA compliant following strict standards of patient confidentiality, safety, and care.

Herbal products may vary in color, size, shape, cut, and smell due to the differences in harvest each year, and the manner in which farmers may prepare them. Sahkara takes pride in keeping ingredients as natural as possible, thus no additives, preservatives, or fillers of any kind are used.
Acupuncturists are legal primary care providers in the state of California.
In accordance with applicable state and federal laws, SAHKARA Acupuncture + Apothecary does not exclude, deny, or otherwise discriminate against any person regardless of race, sex, national origin, or disability.

If you are not feeling well or have a fever, we kindly ask that you contact us and reschedule. If you present with a fever upon check in we will reschedule your appointment for another day. If you are interested in a house call please feel free to contact us.
We unfortunately do not accept insurance and are out of network, but a detailed receipt can be provided for submission. We do accept FSA and HSA cards.

There is a free parking lot directly in front of building, as well as handicap access, if you need any assistance upon arrival, please do not hesitate to let us know ahead of time and we would be happy to meet you outside.
